Recently I've been getting exit ads from Steamboat Gadgets. At least two of these (all that I checked) are scams (e.g. bitcoin investments 'promoted' (without permission) by various celebrities like Deborah Meaden). Maybe you could notify Android that they are letting scammers hook into their advertising system.
