Change Time Zone automatically

I'd like the app to change the time zone of my device automatically based on GPS location.
My device is a locked Win CE 6, so every reboot it sets the time zone to default (Canada).

The original software (Sygic 7) does change the time zone, but I can't update the Sygic maps.

I'm testing MapFactor (free version) and must say that it's pretty good already.
