Bug on secondary road

Near 53⁰11'44.9"N, 6⁰34'53.2"E: Netherlands, Groningen, Verlende Hereweg. On the navigator all the secondary road's (4 pieces) are maked red and the parameters are speed limit 50km/h, average speed 55km/h. The secondary streets are small and have parking space for the houses, you would not take it if you don't need to. Navigator takes you over the secondary streets. Can this be can this be fixed???
