The fastest with the default car profile does not work

Ending Point: 45.6323189, 2.0350400
Default car profile and optimization The fastest:
363 km and 4:54
if I add:
Waypoint: 46.6795853, -0.2635039
Same profile:
344 km and 4:34
there is a problem.....

And if I replace the first waypoint with another here: path calculated by OSM
waypoint: 46.8224906, -0.1189656
Same profile: 343 km and 4h32
