When I temporarily disable a link of road and ask Navigator to calculate a route that would normally use that link if not disabled it works like a charm and finds an alternate route around the disabled link. Afterwards, when I re-enable the link, Navigator still does not use the link of road even though it would result in a shorter route. Deleting routing_points.xml seems to help sometimes (or all the time and I was deleting the wrong file during my tests - I was tired)
