.gpx files

Last year i used the navigator with gpx files downloaded from the web.
It worked nicely through the record menu.
Now ive reinstalled Navigator Free and it seems that this option is gone.
Am i right?
Is there a way to see the gpx file on the map?
If i buy the version woud it then support it?
