RFE: add customizable delay for traffic signals controlled intersections and pedestrian crossings for a route and ETA calculation.
OSM has two special tags used for notify about traffic signals: highway=traffic_signals and crossing=traffic_signals. So it's make sense to add delay for each occurrence of a such node for optimal route calculation. An average traffic signal delay value may be customizable by end user and also may depends on time of a day (for example, 30 seconds for a rush time period and 1 second for night time) Value of 0 is to switch the feature off.
