German TTS navigation - follow-up directions

Hello,

whenever in TTS navigation (I'm using Google TTS) a follow-up direction is being said, it always says "and then now [...]."
A concrete example: "Jetzt rechts abbiegen, und dann jetzt links abbiegen."
I don't know if it's intended or not, but it just sounds wrong. The second "jetzt" should be removed.
