Entering Lat and Long

There's probably an easy way to do this but I can't find it.
I want to enter coordinates for a location (actually campervan aires in France) which is given in my printed list in Degrees, minutes and seconds.
The 'search' function on mapfactor allows coordinates in decimal degrees.
Can I enter Degrees minutes and seconds instead and if so where is the switch?
If not is there a simple way of converting from one to the other?
Hopefully someone will point me in the right direction.
