Navigator V17 not available

Due to some problems I had to delete my V17 installation of Navigator on my WIN 10 Surface.
Trying to install newly I downloaded the installation tool showing V17 and installed Navigator. After installation V15.0.2 was shown.
What did I do wrong not getting V17?
