Launch mapfactor navigation automatically from other app

Hi all,

I have written a little app, which organizes my favourites.
Now it would be nice, if I could launch mapfactor
automatically from this app passing the coordintes
to mapfactor and start navigation automatically.
Launching mapfactor is not the problem but
how can I pass the coordinates and run navigation?
