MapFactor Navigator 2.1.97 is installed on my 'phone and my wife's 'phone. Both use downloaded OSM data. Entering a GB postcode in my 'phone at Search>ADDRESS>City/Region/Postcode produces a result. My wife's 'phone states, "No result". I set up my wife's 'phone to be identical as far as I am aware.

Wikilocs route into Mapfactor
I am trying to download .gpx routes from Wikilocs for use on my motorcycle. The route downloads OK (500 waypoints). I then use Route Importer to convert the file so that I can navigate it within Mapfactor but when I try to load the file from My Places, My Routes, I always get the message 'Unfortunately Navigator has stopped'. What am I doing wrong? Regards Colin

PC Navigator Free
Hi
I'm from Portugal and I was using the PC Navigator Free since 2002 whyle using my caravan.
This year the har disk of PC crashed and was replaced. I did reinstall all the applications I have before but can not install the MapFactor PC Navigator from the site. Could some one help me?

How to share multiple .gpx files
I have accumulated a number of recorded .gpx files that I want to export to my PC. I can tap each .gpx file to use 'Share' from 'Choose action'. I do not know how to share or export multiple .gpx files. I can 'Delete All' but not share all. I am used to executing a long press on one file in other applications with an option that follows of selecting all files. I cannot find such a facility in MapFactor Navigator Free.

Convert POI's from GPX in MCA format
Hi all,
I have about 3700 Record's in a GPX Format.and I would like to convert this into a MCA format for the PC Navigator11 free.
For this I have downloaded the digger_11_0_27-2_exp111111_c3502dbced tool.
After I started digger:
The first page is: create a new import "scotland" --->next
second page: driver type, select data source type "GPX" "wildcamp.gpx"
Details File wildcamp.gpx connected ---->next
and now I do not know what to do

why does Navigator Free 12 (Windows version) require a product key when started
I installed the setup utility 12.0.5 FREE OK.
I installed PC navigator FREE 12.1.10.1 OK, but when I run it, it asks for a product key. What is the free product key? I couldn't see anything in the help file to explain.

Changing MapFactor Splash/Startup Screen
Is it at all possible to modify or remove the splash screen for MapFactor? I use MapFactor Navigator Free 16.0.3 on a Windows 10 computer in my car and at night the white splash screen can be very blinding when the program starts up.
If it's not possible to remove/modify, an optional darker image would be hugely appreciated.

In osm the highway has a node with a "barrier=cycle_barrier" tag.

Downloading Tomtom maps
I installed Navigator Free on my Samsung phone and paid for the Tomtom maps for South Africa through my
installation. I cannot, however, find any way to actually download and install them for use. I have gone into Setup
and selected Tomtom as the maps to use, but when I try to use them
I get a message 'There are no maps installed. Do you want to
download maps now?' When I click on OK it takes me back the
purchase page and going all the way through to Africa/South Africa
it shows them as being purchased but there is no way to install
them.
I am feeling rather let down as I have paid good money and cannot
get the maps. Please advise.

Can I somehow export all the current settings into a (*.ini or *.xml) file, then copy this file to another MapFactor Navigator installation on another SmartPhone/Tablet and import it there?
If not: Can this feature be added?

Routing Simbach - Braunau
Can someone please check/explain this routing:

Instead of just walking or driving 130 m using the bridge it leads me over a bridge much further away.

2nd time roundabout makes Navigator hang
This crash is in the 2.2.xy versions.

Yesterday I was in Rotterdam and had to leave. The first part of the route where Navigator crashed was from to (as is depicted here): see YOURS
Due to the rush hour traffic jam I was too far left and I missed the exit (my fault :) ), so I simply decided to make a full turn and take the exit again.
Due to the multilevel structure of the roundabout, Navigator locked twice to overlaying routes and then completely blocked (leaving me without navigation when I needed it the most).
See image below.
I drove a full circle (dark green line) and when driving below the two lanes inside the red circle Navigator completely froze.
Of course that can happen once, but the exact same thing (and my exact same fault :) ) happened to me last year in Birmingham (UK) on a likewise roundabout.
Twice the exact same action, twice the exact same crash: To me that is a reproducible bug, and reproducible over many versions. The only difference is of course that in "normal" countries your drive counter-clockwise on a roundabout and in these "weird" countries (England) your drive clockwise on a roundabout.
(Unfortunately I do not have a nmea log or gpx log)

Application text way too bright in nightmode
This feature requests is about the application texts in nightmode which are white and therefore way too bright. It is not about the text inside the map (which can be changed with the map editor).

See below image (this image already is my modified night mode which is much darker than the original navigator night mode):
The application text for the compas (N / E / W / S) is bright white (#FFFFFF)
The text in the road sign (here "Amersfoort / Kampen" is bright white (#FFFFFF)
The text below for the exit and next exit are bright white (#FFFFFF)
And the text in the bottom menu bar are bright white (#FFFFFF).
In night mode that is way too bright. It is the brightest color your display can show. It is like a floodlight on a dark road. Yesterday evening I drove the first part in rear rural environment with street lights. The Navigator display is like a torch in the dark (image below is just an example inside a city). Once on the highway with enough lights it is no problem.
Please change the bright white to some grayish softer tone.

Route deletion not working
Have installed Navigator 5 on my Windows 7 laptop. With no instructions it has taken me some time to work out how to use it.
Am using oSM maps but find I cannot delete an unwanted route. It deletes from the route list in the menu system but does not delete on the map. Even restarting to app does not get rid of the route on the map. I have created a route using waypoints and I get double loops both going the wrong way. It appears to be ignoring a particular stretch of road. Don't know why. As I say I cannot get rid of the route from the map.

People, and me, living here can't even find it in the play store when they search for the app. With the link you send me some years ago we can find it but than some people can not install the app because of not suitable for your phone... a Huawei they told me.
Something wrong with the Play store?? With more apps we get that message "not available in your country" but than I use a VPN to the Netherlands and I can download them all.
